These assets were created for a workplace engagement project designed to encourage positive labor-related behaviors through recognition. Each badge and certificate was illustrated from scratch in Adobe Illustrator.
These pieces start with photography as a foundation, then layer digital painting and compositing techniques on top—somewhere between photo manipulation and illustration.
